instantlessonplan.ai ("the Service") is an AI-powered lesson planning tool for educators, operated as a sole proprietorship. The Service allows teachers to generate, edit, save, and export lesson plans using artificial intelligence.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent that you are an adult and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

The Service offers a free tier (5 lessons, 10 section rewrites) and a paid Pro plan at $8/month. Free tier limits are per account and are enforced at the point of use. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and may be cancelled at any time through the account portal.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.

Lesson plans generated by the Service are produced by AI (OpenAI GPT-4o mini) and are provided as a starting point for professional educators. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of all generated content before use in a classroom setting.
We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or appropriate for any specific educational context. Professional judgment remains with the teacher.
Lesson plans you generate and save belong to you. You retain full ownership of content you create using the Service. We do not claim any rights to your lesson content.
The instantlessonplan.ai name, logo, software, and platform design are our intellectual property and may not be copied or used without permission.
We do not collect student data. The Service is designed for teacher use only. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI output, or fitness for any particular educational purpose. Use of the Service is at your own professional discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, instantlessonplan.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the free tier. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your saved lessons will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
